Enjoy a glass of water with lemon before you eat your meal....fills you up with 0 calories! Yes, Colleen, Miss Coca-Cola really wrote this! I am learning!

Another tip that WW gives is that as soon as you are served your food, you should ask your server to box up half of it. I sometimes feel a little weird doing this, so instead I just draw a line down the middle of my food and make sure I only eat half. It takes a little more self-control to make sure you don't eat more than half, but I find it better than having the server take away half of my food immediately.

You have to chew your food!!!!! I mean we all do it but the longer we chew the longer we have to enjoy the amount we are allowed to eat because it takes 20 min for your brain to tell you that it’s full so you might be full and didn’t even know it.So take your time!
